Job Description
The Senior Chef de Partie is an integral part of the delivery of great food to all our guests across our food outlets. You will be required to:
•Ensure that all food production is in line with food standards
•Ensure the consistent delivery of quality, well presented food to our customers
•Work effectively within the Kitchen Brigade to ensure high customer service standards
•Follow all health and hygiene standards

Job Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
•Previous Chef de Partie experience or strong experience in a Demi Chef de Partie role
•Strong coaching skills and enjoys motivating a team
•Excellent communication skills
•Perfect hygiene standards
